食譜4: Milk Tea Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients:
- 225g low protein flour (低筋麵粉)
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 150g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 egg
- 250ml milk
- 2 tea bag
- 70g vegetable oil

Preparation:
1) Sieve flour.
Add baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and cinnamon powder.

2) Heat milk and pour tea bag/powder into hot milk. Leave to cool.

3) Mix vegetable oil and egg.
Add in cooled milk tea.

4) Add mixture (3) into flour mixture till no flour is seen (but don't over mix batter).

5) Pour into HCP. Cook on medium low heat for 10min.
Flip pan and cook for another 4min.
