食譜2: Tiramisu (B: eggless)

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of lady fingers
- 4 tbsp of espresso or 1 cup instant coffee
- 1 to 2 tbsp of coffee liquor
- 125g mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp thickened cream
- cocoa powder
- (Optional: semi-sweet dark chocolate)

Preparation:
1) Mix coffee with coffee liquor and set aside to cool.

2) Mix mascarpone with vanilla extract, caster sugar (and 1/2 tbsp of coffee liquor) with spatula till well blended.
Fold thickened cream in till consistency.

(Optional: Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup of heavy cream over double boiler, leave to cool.)

3) Dip lady fingers into coffee mixture and arrange into preferred container.
(Optional: Spread melted chocolate to form the next layer.)
Spread cream mixture over biscuit to form next layer.
Sizzle/ dust cocoa powder before chilling or just before serving.
